Education agent software · Australia

Education agent software, built for Australian student recruitment.

Run enquiry, course selection, provider application, offer, CoE and commission from one file. Centrio replaces the provider-by-provider spreadsheets most agencies still keep alongside their portals.

One file, from
enquiry to enrolment.

Most education agent software is a CRM with a course list bolted on. Centrio keeps the student, the provider applications and the commission together — and puts the migration desk on the same record.

When the rules move

Student recruitment changed twice this year.

Offshore applications are prioritised against each provider's enrolment cap under Ministerial Direction 115, and commission on onshore transfers changed under the 2026 rules. Both change which provider is the right recommendation, and when.

That only works if you can answer questions about the whole caseload at once — which students sit with which provider, which offers are unaccepted, which commissions are affected. When every enrolment lives in one system, that's a search rather than an afternoon.

Both desks

The student who becomes a visa client.

A student you placed two years ago is a Temporary Graduate applicant today, and may be a skilled applicant after that. In most agencies that person is re-entered into a second system, and the history is lost at the handover.

Centrio runs both desks over one shared client record, so the education file and the migration file are the same file. Sub-agent networks, roles and per-user access work the same way across both.

Education agent software — FAQ

What agents ask
before switching.

What is education agent software?

Education agent software runs a student recruitment desk end to end — enquiry, course and provider selection, application, offer letter, acceptance, CoE and commission — in one system rather than a spreadsheet per provider. Centrio does this for Australian education agents, alongside the migration desk.

Does it track offer letters and CoEs?

Yes. Every student file carries its provider applications with their current stage, so an offer waiting on acceptance or a CoE that hasn't issued is visible without opening a provider portal. Deadlines surface before they pass rather than after.

Can it handle sub-agent commissions?

Yes. Commission owed by a provider and commission payable to a sub-agent are both tracked against the enrolment that earned them, so a split is calculated from the file rather than reconstructed at the end of the month.

Does it help with education agent compliance?

Centrio keeps the records the work depends on — written agreements, who advised a student and when, and a full history of every change to a file. It supports your obligations under the ESOS framework and the Australian education agent code of conduct; it doesn't replace your own compliance judgement.

Can I run migration and education from the same system?

Yes, and that's the point. A student who becomes a Temporary Graduate applicant stays one client record — the education desk and the migration desk share it, so nothing is re-keyed and the history follows the person, not the department.
