Centrio vs Agentcis

Looking for a Agentcis alternative?

Agentcis is a low-cost CRM built mainly for education consultants. Centrio covers education work and adds the migration side: ImmiAccount auto-fill, Department forms and client money.

About Agentcis

Agentcis is a cloud CRM for education and migration consultants, founded in 2016 and registered in Australia. By its own count more than 4,000 agents use it worldwide. It is strongest on student applications, StudyLink integration, and super-agent and sub-agent management.

Agencies that lodge visas regularly tend to find that the CRM handles the student, but the visa is filled and the money is tracked somewhere else.

Where Agentcis is strong

  • Low entry price per user.
  • Mature education workflow, StudyLink integration and sub-agent management.
  • A free plan by application for startups under a year old and non-profits.
  • A large international user base.

Where Centrio differs

  • Migration tooling: Centrio fills ImmiAccount and Department forms from the client file. The Agentcis site does not describe either.
  • Client money: Centrio records receipts, disbursements and reconciliation against the matter, as the Code of Conduct expects for money held for a client.
  • Flat price: Agentcis charges per user. Centrio Practice is A$99 a month for unlimited users, which is cheaper from four users upward.
  • No setup charges: Agentcis list prices exclude one-time setup charges. Centrio has none.
  • Data hosted in Australia only. The Agentcis site does not state where data is held.

What it costs

Agentcis Premium is A$30 per user per month plus one-time setup charges, so three users cost A$90 a month and five cost A$150. Centrio Practice is A$99 a month for any number of users. Agentcis does not state whether its prices include GST; Centrio prices exclude GST.

Agentcis details are taken from its public website, checked 18 October 2026. "Not stated" means the site does not describe the feature, not that the product lacks it. Spotted something out of date? Email support@centrio.com.au and we will correct it. Sources: Agentcis, Agentcis pricing.

Common questions

Centrio or Agentcis?

Comparing more options? Read our comparison of nine migration agent platforms.

Is Agentcis good for migration agents?

Agentcis is strongest for education work. Its public site does not describe ImmiAccount auto-fill, Department form generation or client money accounting, which most registered migration agents need every day. Agencies that mainly place students may find it a good fit.

Is Centrio more expensive than Agentcis?

For one to three users Agentcis Premium is cheaper on list price, before its setup charges. From four users upward Centrio Practice is cheaper, because it is a flat A$99 a month for unlimited users. A single agent with up to 10 clients can use Centrio Solo for free.

Can Centrio manage sub-agents and commissions?

Yes. The education desk covers student applications, enrolments, provider commissions and sub-agent networks, on the same client record as any visa matter.
